1. Choose a Better Domain  hoster for starting a blog . There are two most famous blog hosters are Blogger and Wordpress

Blogger is a free service from google it provide domain like something.blogger.com where as wordpress is a self hosted paid blog like something.com , something.net or others or free wordpress blog like something.wordpress.com 

Blogger is a free hosted web blog which is owned by google on blogger you do not have full access to your blog Google can remove your blog from blogger  with or without notice 

Wordpress is a paid web hosting where you own a website you can do anything with your website .
